Home Disruption

A cattery is not always useful just when you go away on holiday or away on business

Home improvements

Sometimes it is far less stressful for your little friend to come for a holiday while you get your kitchen replaced or have any major work carried out on your home. The last thing you want is your cat stuck behind cabinets or tradesmen opening doors and letting the cat out or leaving their vans open and taking them away by mistake. Some cats just do not like having strange noisy people in the house for a few days.

House Moves

We are often booked for house moves. This is an event in our lives that is stressful enough for us and our feline friends are one more thing to worry about. Hoping that the movers do not open a door and let them out. Cats are very OCD and do not like change, boxing up in your old house and unboxing in your nice new house, cats would far prefer to have at least one room fully ready for them. We have looked after many customers’ cats while they move and try to be as flexible as we can depending how busy we are so that they can collect them when they are ready. We have even taken customer cats to their new home if easier, travelling to Devon, Norfolk, and Ipswich to name a few.

Illness/Hospitalisation

Unfortunately, we are often booked due to illness or a planned or unplanned operation. We will try to be as flexible as possible, as it will be difficult to say how long you might need your cat to stay with us while you are getting better. Again, we would be more than happy to bring your little one home to you when you are ready if this makes things easier for you.
